The PPG invite you to another open evening at 7.00pm at the Surgery to meet the members of YOUR PPG and to hear your views about what else we could be doing, all this over tea/coffee and biscuits!

An invitation from Feldon Lane Surgery to a 'pub style' Quiz Night
Where - At the St. Paul's Church Hall, Vicarage Road, Blackheath, B62 8HX
When - Saturday Evening 14th October ( Exact time to be confirmed )
Teams - Can have upto a maximum of 6 members.
Fee - £3 for each team member, to be paid on the night.
Prizes - There will be a prize for the teams that come 1st & 2nd, and for the team that comes last.
A Tombola will probably take place throughout the evening.
Food and drink are not provided, but you are free to bring your own ( alcoholic drink is allowed )

Would you be interested in joining the Dudley Self Management Programme? There are three programmes:
- Expert Patients Programme for people living with any long term health condition
- Diabetes Self Management Programme for people living with type 2 Diabetes
- Looking After Me for carers looking after someone living with a long term health condition or disability. There is also a special programme for people who care for someone with dementia.
Each programme runs for 2 and a half hours each week for 6 weeks.
The vision of this programme is to revolutionise 'peer support' and self care in Dudley.
