Non-urgent advice: Extended Access & Out of Hours
Please ring the surgery telephone number, 0121 422 2345. If the surgery answering machine is on during these times and you need a doctor urgently, ring 0845 603 1762 and your message will either be passed to the doctor on call or dealt with by Primecare, the doctors’ deputising service.
Between the hours of 6.30pm and 8:00am, Monday to Friday, throughout weekends and bank holidays, ring 111. This will take you to a triage service and you will be advised what to do next.
In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and/or shortness of breath constitute as an emergency.
